Great experience at Uptown. The shop did an excellent job on the repair and bringing my Pilot back to factory paint finish. I’d recommend them and would bring back another vehicle if I had to.
My mom’s clear coat was peeling off in a small area and because the original work was under warranty, brought her car back to Uptown to fix and fix they did. What an amazing job and no charge. Everyone that I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Dustin even delivered my car to me at home on a Friday!! I cannot say enough about Uptown. Thank you. I’m a very happy customer ! Had my car repaired here, was done very quickly and a rental was set up just around the corner from the shop. They did a great job and I was pleasantly surprised when I got my vehicle back not only were all the repairs seamless but they also detailed the inside and outside of the vehicle 10/10 experience
My insurance company authorized Uptown to repair my car after it was anonymously damaged in a parking lot. The staff was courteous and repairs were done to my satisfaction. I appreciated that I was able to arrange to leave my car when it was least disruptive to be without it for 4-5 days.
Company was recommended by my insurance company. Lack of communication. Repair took double the time they initially said with no calls or updates with reasons for the delay. Car was rear ended damaging the bumper, trunk and muffler. Never fixed the muffler and the trunk still doesn't close properly. Quoted an insane price for a small rust spot on the rocker panel to be repaired while the car was there. Avoid this place.
I hit a deer and Up Town repaired my car with time to spare. I am impressed with their quality of work. I would highly recommend them for any body work, especially after an acendent.
