Be very careful when dealing with these guys. Price quoted over the phone was doubled when I arrived. They thought they could up-charge me and they tried. I have over 25 years experience in this industry. I took my business elsewhere and paid less than their original quote and the work was excellent.
Sharly was very helpful when I needed assistance picking out winter tires for my new car asking me questions about how much I drive, how long I keep cars etc. On the day they changed over my tires I had a family emergency and they kindly prioritized my car that morning.
I went over to this shop a while back, my car had issues and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Charged me a diagnostic fees and told me to bring it back for another type of diagnostic and wanted to charge me again. Decided to go to the dealership to get it fixed and they fixed it right away for a fair price. The employees seemed nice but I’m just mad that they charged me a diagnostic fees and didn’t even know what was wrong with the car.
