I had a great experience at the UPS Store! I went there to print some documents, and they did a perfect job. After signing, they even helped me make PDFs again — super quick and professional service. Very fast and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience for their shredding services by staff and manager. I had approx. 30 boxes of paperwork at my home to be shredded. Pickup was free (as it was over 100 lbs). The manager herself came to pick and load these boxes into her vehicle. Communication from staff was above expectations. From speaking to them about their service and scheduling a pick up. The staff even phoned me to let me know they were on their way; phoned to tell me the final weight and price so I could approve the charge; and then phoned me again to ensure I received the invoice in my email and ensured that my credit card info was shredded after the charge. Highly recommend.
My experience here was absolutely unacceptable, and it had everything to do with the female manager of this location, not the staff. I came in for a simple service, and due to a clear miscommunication on the manager’s part, the result was not what I expected. Instead of offering a solution or helping me, she raised her voice at me, scolded me, and yelled back and fourth very aggressively. While the rest of the staff are very polite and were clearly trying their best, the manager showed zero people skills. She immaturely escalated the situation and made it clear she had no concern for retaining customers or handling things respectfully. I will not be returning to this location because of her. The manager needs serious training on basic communication and professionalism. A business is only as strong as the manager leading it and this one risks going downhill if this kind of leadership continues.

I ordered a custom made poster portrait of one of my role models and was very specific that quality and dimensions of the poster should be near to perfection. Since I intended to frame this poster it was an understandable request. Not only were the two ladies (one at the main desk and the other being the head graphic designer) very helpful in taking this order but were very blunt about what to expect, how they will resize it such that it didn't compromise the quality, etc etc. Although it was rather a little more expensive than alternatives like Walmart or Staples it was absolutely worth the cost. To order a custom poster from Staples for instance is a ridiculous DIY endeavour. If it is a fairly large poster (27 x 40), you yourself must cut out the paper, measure and fit it into the frame. Staples also very much renders the image when resizing it to the poster size you want, very poor quality appearance (blurry, poorly defined lines in the picture, etc). Additionally the wait time is ridiculous, over 2-4 weeks upon ordering. Hence even if its a few dollars extra: 1. UPS very much so keeps the HD photo they are initially given by the customer 2. Wait time is 2-3 hours to get the physical finished poster 3. They will cut the poster, measure the exact custom length you want and fit it inside whatever portrait frame you give them by themselves One thing I noted as well is that the UPS front desk person and head designer are positively persnickety in making sure every detail in the poster is up to high standard. It goes to show that they truly understand and emphasize a customers desire and wish to get every worth of dollar value for such a custom piece of work. It is something that I am very much appreciative about. I am saying this just to make it conscious to the great staff who work there and to continue this hard work for other customers after me. I strongly recommend going to UPS for custom posters, these will be hanging in your living room for years, best to get it done right the first time itself! Loving my Jospeh Kennedy Sr portrait!
