I walked in, was greeted, requested my boxes (returned items) be scanned (this catalogs when the items are dropped off), said goodbye and left. Quick & easy transaction.
Today was our first visit to this location, and I must say the service was outstanding. They noticed us arriving with a large package to return, kindly opened the door for us, and even gave my son a cute toy truck. Excellent customer service — we’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
The front staff was excellent in helping me send a return package back. They assisted me in printing a label with no issues and didn’t even charge me. Would recommend for all your shipping needs.
Great customer service . I arrived 2 minutes after they closed and they were putting on their jackets to leave . The woman working there waived me to come to the door , unlocked it and accepted my package to ship. Can't ask for better service than that .
