Wanted a great gelato experience and, based on ratings, decided to drive 50 min. to Divino. I was blown away by the quality, flavors choices and great customer service. At this moment in time I put Divino as my N.1 gelato place.
Everyone should try this place! Our family loves visiting Divino and trying out all the different vegan options. There are usually 6 different ones to choose from and we've never been disappointed. The owner always takes the time to talk to our boys and always humbly asks for our opinion on the different flavours A family favourite is the Blueberry Gelato. If you're ever in Georgetown, come by Divino

We just were in for the 2nd time, the flavours were FANTASTIC!!! Tiramisu, lemon, cotton candy and their award winner. Absolutely top gun customer service from the owner as well. Highly recommend if youre going out for desert this gem along hwy 7 in Georgetown.
Absolutely love this place! Divino Gelato brings a taste of true, artisanal gelato to the city. I went with Lemon and Chocolate — two classics — and was blown away by how fresh and balanced both flavors were. The lemon was tangy and refreshing, the chocolate was deep and smooth, and together they were perfection. What’s amazing is that whether you go for something simple or something totally unique, the quality is always spot-on. They’ve also got vegan options (huge plus for lactose-sensitive folks), and the prices are surprisingly affordable. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic gelato with a twist.
Clean shop, friendly/ welcoming staff and an amazing tasty Gelato We were out of town for a hockey tournament. Came across this amazing Gelato Shop. Divino Gelato is creamy, silky smooth and so decadent. The kind staff ( thinking it was the owners) we so lovely and offered me a little taste spoon of the Orange and Carrot flavour. Which was so flavorful and delightful. Everyone in my family really enjoyed the flavours that they picked. Cotton candy, cookies and cream, and dark chocolate. Everyone left with smiles on their faces and are already hoping we get to come back for another hockey tournament. Seating area was great, few Bistro sets to sit and enjoy your special treat. Highly recommend anyone in the area to pop in and get a scoop. You won't be disappointed.
The reason why I am giving 3 starts is hygiene. Although the store looks clean and the ice creams are delicious, the person in charge did not follow basic hygiene protocols which make wonder about the hygiene in general. 1. He was texting while proving service and when it was time to serve the ice cream we took the cone with bare hands no napkins, I’m sorry but that’s not the way it should be done. 2. He put the beard cover while serving us ( he wasn’t wear it before ) 3 when my husband asked him for a spoon, he took the spoon once more bare hands by the head of the spoon ( we did not use it of course) I believe these are small things but they have a huge impact on the way a the business look.
