I dropped my acura tl for engine replacement they took 2 weeks to replace the engine when i picked up the many parts were missing i told them they respond (will be in the shop i'll let you know when to pickup ) the day never came . More over the engine blew while i was driving back on highway from Toronto i called them cause they gave me warranty for 3 months they told me to drop the car at there shop after 2 days they told me the engine was over reved but the car was on highway in traffic then the guy gino told me what i can do is you buy me a new engine I won't charger labour I bought a new engine and delivered to them they replaced that then there mechanic called and asked for the labour i called gino ge told me yeah you have to pay i paid that as well cause I needed my car back when i went to pickup they told there is some issue transmission and would need to pay extra .. in short never go to them they ruined my car
Poor colour match after minor fire repair on classic car turned into messed up full paint with panels having different shades. Had to have it towed to another shop to have it completely repainted. Mechanical work by them installing fuel pump upside down, caused major engine damage, then wouldn't return calls.
