Amazing staff. The three ladies who helped us out were so incredibly helpful. We had an obnoxiously large last minute order but they were so great and helped us out. Will definitely be back for future party purchases! Thanks again!
Don’t put your god damn sign saying OPEN when it isn’t even 9am. common sense people. doing that you had 3 people waiting assuming you were open only to lose those 3 customers to another dollar store that was open before you
No problem taking my $47 for a couple helium balloons and a couple happy birthday banners, but wouldn't allow me to have a small curious george helium balloon filled for my son when I offered to pay them to do it. Store wasn't busy. Told me to go to Canadian Tire. I guess Canadian Tire gets all my balloon orders from now on
Pretty sure I had a racist lady cashier take my picture and of my car simply because I was asked what I want which was not asked of the Caucasian ppl ahead of me and never at a buck or two location in Brampton even with covid-19 protocols in place there. Went in for grocery items but came out in less then a minute as everything was yellow taped and as I reversed my car, I saw the lady taking my picture. Wanted to give her a piece of my mind but thought lets let her view the camera footage to see I didn't even touch anything in store. Been in Canada since I was in elementary school, so I know subtle racism when I see it. Will Never shop here ever.
Disappointed to see toys making fun of US President Trump right at the front checkout. It’s one thing to have your own personal opinion, and another to publicly advertise it in a place where young children can pick them up and play with them. I definitely lost a lot of respect for this place because of this.
As far as dollar stores go this one makes me sick. Not only is much of the merchandise overpriced... But they do not tag most of their items and you are surprised when you get to the counter to find out an item only worth a buck or two is 5 dollars. When I brought this up with management they claimed they could not possibly price all of their items because they are not a big box store. Their sign might read a buck or two but it's more likely $5 or $20....or even more.
