I've used HHR Tire a few times when I moved to Georgetown. John has always treated me really good and taken great care of what I needed for tires for my cars. Prices are good and they are fast. I really appreciate the knowledge he has and service level.
Mounted my tires in the wrong direction. Only realizing a year later when I got my winters out back on and a technician mentioned it - super disappointed.
My experience with HHR Tire and Auto was excellent. They replaced the Rad in my VW, and sold me new snow tires. The transaction was honest, efficient and the cost was fair.. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Absolutely the best service for a car repair shop in Georgetown. John and Steve are honest home town boys. They tell you exactly what your car needs, no more no less. Efficient repair times, just take it in and they will find a way to get it fixed and back to you same day or while you wait. I have recommended HH Rad to many people looking for an alternative to Canadian Tire or a dealer.
Horrible! They had a young kid come and do a simple change of my battery. Turns out they loosened fuses while doing it and my car lost power as I was driving. The Owner couldn't figure out why all my safety lights came on. Took it to a Ford dealership who found the issue. Reccomend never to go here. You've been warned.
They used to be good but not anymore. First of all, they don't explain what's the real problem and then they don't give the best advice. They always give the expensive solution. Second, and most importantly, those two men at the front desk have no idea of the ethical way to speak to their clients. The way they speak is offensive, aggressive and sometimes rude. They use lots of inappropriate words. This is impolite in front of customers especially ladies who might be waiting there. I know that many of local people go there and been going there for good time and I think it's because there are not many options in Georgetown but I don't think that this place is a good auto service.
