$28 for ONE fried panzerotti! I added extra cheese and 2 dips but the cheese was not even melted and it all settled on one side and was 80% dough only. Requested that I receive a text when it was here and to leave at the door. No text, no call, no nothing. $28 for fried dough with hardly any substance. I can buy a lasagna that will feed 4 people at la palma pasta in oakville for $25 plus tax. It was late and I was hungry but zero customer service and substandard product. When I got into the 20% that wasn't just fried dough it tasted good but the cheese was not melty and gooey... just not worth $28!!! Buy pizza pockets from the convenience store instead, a much better way to spend your money. Really disappointed. Like their pizza hut wont ever order again.
Order pizza every week, quality is second to none. Service here is super welcoming, greeted right away and the conversations are engaging (not just about my order). I asked for recommendations to try something new, he recommended the lasagna and arancini rice balls, delicious. Well done.
I placed a big order for pick up with a bunch of drinks and sides. It was around 5pm and they were super busy yet the young man at the counter was nice enough to put all the pizza and drinks in my car for me. I was super impressed that he was so organized during the busy time to do that. For that reason alone, you have a repeat customer. Food was excellent as well.
Awful Awful Awful...We ordered from Pizza Nova since in the past in our previous experiences were great... We kept giving this location the benefit of the doubt when pizza was late or delivered to the wrong house. They are local, we said, let's give them another try, we said... Well I am DONE. Today was the last straw..Not only was the pizza delivered to the wrong house and left on the doorstep of our neighbors but when we open the box (bc I was told they delivered it and they would not refund my money). We look at it and its utter cardboard. Over cooked...barely any sauce and awful! What happened? Aren't there brand standards? If you are in Gtown DO NOT eat here.
I understand some of the low reviews but I honestly don't have issues when I order from here. I only get the walk in one topping pizza, and its what I expect. They just need to find a way to add my flavor to the sauce.
Ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and it came totally burnt from top and bottom. We went to to the store and asked for a replacement and the customer service lady refused to give us a replacement and said our pizza is fine. Very disrespectful This is the last time we will order from this location. Will file a complaint to pizza nova corporate.
Wonderful service! Ryan was super quick and extremely friendly. He went out of his way to make sure that my pizza made it to my door after I made a mistake in my address. Amazing!!
