Got their pizza special and requested well done. They provided just that. Pizza was well done, accurate, tasted good. Giving these guys 4 stars because I feel like it was lacking a bit of cheese! Other than that no issues.
I’ve ordered from this place several times, but unfortunately my last two pickups made me ill (severe stomach upset within hours). While I can’t be 100% certain it was the pizza, the timing was concerning enough to make me think twice. On top of that, my most recent order was disappointing — barely any sauce, leaving the pizza dry and bland. I’ve enjoyed this place in the past, so I’m disappointed to see the quality drop and to have had such bad experiences. I hope management takes food safety and consistency more seriously moving forward.
I have heard a lot of great things about Pizzaiola so decided to pay the premium cost to try it out. It was unfortunately not a good experience. We placed an order two hours in advance of the delivery time. It came 45 minutes late and the pizza was cold. On top of that the pizza was just okay at best. No where near the best we have had. Definitely not worth the premium price. I was offered two free pizzas on a future order and will give it another try but this was a very disappointing experience.
pizza came cold, ordered through ubereats - i tried to ask for extra honey as a note - they charged me 4$ for honey without asking me first. called them to ask to cancel the note for extra honey, and purposely removed the honey from the pizza, even though the pizza comes with honey (honey heat)
So extremely disappointed. Went in ordered cauliflower crust and got gluten free instead. Unable to enjoy. Will not return. Perhaps employees don't know the difference - how sad
Very basic/processed way more expensive than the other 1 star options in town. Edit after response: So tell me about your "margherita pizza" on your menu? Is it buffalo mozzarella? Fior di latte? What is the cheese moisture %? Is it made with a bag shredded cheese that the store gets shipped? Come on now. lol. Why did my cheese bubble up, turn orange and burnt? I did go to the wrong pizza joint, I wanted a good pizza but this was the wrong spot!
Picked up a veggie pizza from here for the first time yesterday evening. Amazing service! Great tasting pizza! Not cheap on veggies! If you haven’t been here, it’s a must try!
