Excellent service. My 3 month old had her passport photo taken on the first try and it was perfect. Pickup was quick and price was reasonable. Shout out to Laura for being super kind and extra patient!
Technology used is dated since it takes around 30 minutes for the printer to "warm up" (this is what the lady working there said to me) and so if you are "unlucky" to be the first client, because the mall opens at 10:00 then come prepared to wait at least a half an hour. Also, the price is high, I paid $22.59 for two passport photos. Time is everyone's most valuable asset, not just yours.
Took my toddler here to have her passport photo taken, their photographers were so patient and compassionate! They made sure to get the shot and helped keep my little one calm. 100% recommend!
Extremely insensitive and rude. Just because you don’t care about the photo doesn’t mean the client doesn’t care; it means a lot to the client and only for the photographer (too young) to rush through the photos without giving warning when the photos are being taken, and only for the photo that was used is the one where the client blinks so the eyes are half open and look tired. Didn’t even let me see the photo before printing. Paid $20 only to go get another photo somewhere else. Do not recommend.
My son needed passport photos done. Since he had to be in Georgetown for a 5:20pm event, I looked for a place where he could get the photos done just before his event, and kill two birds with one stone. Since it was a Sunday, I called Georgetown Photo at 2:25pm to confirm their closing time (website stated stated 5pm but I didn't just want to take Google's word for it). The automated message was clear and stated that it takes 15-30 mins to print passport photos. I then selected the Georgetown store option, and spoke live to a woman about getting passport photos done. She said that they could do the photos, and also confirmed that the store did indeed did close at 5pm. My son, trying to time things and not be late, arrived at the store at 4:30pm to get the photos taken (I know the time is accurate because he called me at 4:33pm to tell me what happened, after he had left the store). He was told that they could take the photos, but that he'd have to return the next day to pick them up because it was too late to have them printed. (My son also stated the younger person (a young man if I recall correctly) was friendly but the older woman who answered that he would have to come back, seemed crabby. After speaking with my son, I called the Milton store to see if the owner of that store, also owned the Georgetown one (I've used the Milton store several times in the past). I was told it was the same owner and then asked if he was available. The young lady on the phone said he wasn't there, so I proceeded to tell her what had happened at the Georgetown town. She apologized and advised me that they close their printers down at 4:30. Nowhere in their automated message does it state that the printers close down 30 mins prior closing time (even if it is just on Sundays), but even worse, the woman who spoke to me earlier in the day didn't bother sharing that very important piece of information. She should have clearly stated that, the latest my son could show up to have the photos taken and printed on the same day, was 4pm, not just tell me that they closed at 5pm. Extremely frustrating and a waste of our time.
I absolutely loved shopping here, as I always purchase the spiral desk calendars for Christmas gifts. Sadly today, I noticed they jacked up the prices. 2yrs ago it was $10.99, last year $12.99 now they're charging $25.99. Sorry, you lost my business today, there is no excuse for that amount of an increase......shame on you.
I went in for some custom printed cups and a lovely lady named wendy helped me out. She was very knowledgeable kind and professional. The place is extremely clean organized and neat. For all your cameras and photos needs you must check out this place and see Wendy.
