For years, I have shopped at Shopper's on Guelph St on Senior's Day. Now that I am almot 85, with vision and mobility challenges, I appreciate even more the staff who go out of their way to help me! and all seniots! Bcause of he food and even fresh produce sections, I can get most of what I need. I go to our cSS for itms not available at Shopper's.My sincere thanks to all the staff at the Guelph Street store! And thanks for placing seats at the f front window so I can sit while I wait for my ride! June Beeney
I deal with the pharmacy on a regular basis and they are always polite and friendly. The pharmacy staff always answer the phone when I call. Big store with ample selection of items.
I’ve had an excellent experience with this pharmacy! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions. Prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately, and they go out of their way to make sure you understand your medications. I really appreciate their professionalism and the level of care they provide —they make you feel like more than just a customer. Highly recommend!
This is the worst pharmacy. The people that work there are unprofessional, and there’s always constant errors. My daughter had a problem at that store and she rectified it with the pharmacy owner and he told her that she would get a gift card which she never got. you can’t trust anything they say, prescriptions are supposed to be ready and they’re not and you constantly get different information from different people. It doesn’t seem like anybody knows what they’re doing, but they’re very good at socializing amongst each other.
Shoutout to Arlene over in makeup — super sweet and really helpful. Gave me great tips on Drunk Elephant and Clinique. Made the whole shopping trip way better. Total gem!
I've been using this drug store for more years than I can remember. From the original location at the Georgetown Mall to its location now. It always has the items I need including the sale items. There is plenty of free parking and centrally located in town
One of the best experiences I've had with a pharmacist. He was amazing, went above and beyond by helping me get a rebate for the very expensive meds I was prescribed. Explained everything to a T. Thank you, keep up the great work.
