My wife and I attended a Celebration of Life today for Pete Fendley, a dear friend . I had been standing close to the front for an extended period of time. My knee gave out and I fell with a crash to the floor, injuring my wife in the process. Alex Bertrand rushed to my assistance while I was on the floor and examined me and probed medically with pertinent questions as to my wellbeing. I recognized him as my Shoppers Drugmart pharmacist. He held me and reassured me and helped me get to my feet. Thank you, Mr. Bertrand, I won’t forget. F. MacEachern

October 23, 2025 I had the most amazing experience with Vicki Gillespie at the Pharmacy consultation. Vicki was super helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond with her patients about medication and extended explanation. Truly appreciate Vicki’s exceptional customer service!!! Keep thriving in what you do best! Hopefully this message will inspire others to do same or recognize your efforts.
As a customer i should give 0star because I felt that iam brown so targeted by one of the cashier on duty right now always tied and not willing to help .this shoppers has a poor customer service ever.unhappy from that cashiers behavior.
Sherri (cashier or post office) is so fantastic! So friendly and super helpful! She is such an asset to your team and should definitely be recognised for her stand out service and engaging personality - especially when no one is watching! She is genuinely a nice, helpful person and even gave me recommendations for my nails when I was checking out at the cash desk. Thanks Sherri! I’ll make this my go to Shoppers from now on :)
Difficult to review this place. The pharmacy can be extremely busy - workers are hustling to help, but at times you can see they are stretched. As Shopper's go, the rest of the store is on the smaller side, but has everything you need. Flyer specials can be tremendous with great savings. Regular prices are often scary.
I live in the North end of Georgetown and I drive to the South end as I have a skin disorder and I like having it covered up well so no one can see it, she understands completely. I must tell you Mary in Cosmetics is fabulous, she mixes colours like you wouldn't believe, you would never know I had vitiligo, the white patches on my face and hands ect! If I could give her a 20 star i would but hey 5 is pretty good too !!! She is so kind and honest, if you doesn't like something on you she will tell upfront! I can't say enough great things about her, she just brightens my day!
