Shop Local... Molly sampled many treats and some Holistic food at the Terry Fox Run. Today we visited the store and got her the food and some new treats. Also a new pet tag for her collar. Really great customer service and community minded owner.
When it comes to dog food being in stock this is where they are lacking .I placed an order 2 weeks ago, to come in there yesterday saying "oh I didn't order it because I wasnt sure which one u wanted puppy or adult" Later going home I thought to myself "she should have called me. They have my # " but didn't. I feel stressed out over this .she offered me to buy a senior bag until stock comes in which I did. I don't want my 9 month old puppy eating senior food . Regardless if it's for a short period .
They do a terrible job on washing your pet. People seemed nice enough but after picking up my dog from a groom, he still smelt like a dirty dog. I'll pay more money to go elsewhere
Hi there I only gave you 3 stars it's not for grooming, grooming deserves more for Abby, but honestly from the service, after I groomed my dog I found a cute bunny I wanted to buy it yesterday lady at the cashier said we don't have his stuff here and it will cost you around 400 bucks I told her I can buy him now with his cage she said it's for our personal use I told her fine, she said go home read about bunnies and then decide so I told her I'll come tomorrow, I bought everything from pet smart same day shipping and after I arrived same lady told me bunny is here but other client will pick him, kids got disappointed ny big son came from school was excited he installed the cage and I was really shocked, I told her why you didn't told me that last night she said it's not me the one who put him in hold, is this a way to gain customers i really don't know what to say, as for the owner how to trust this type of staff?.
Overheard the staff talking in a not so nice way about customers who just left. Nice as pie to their face and then bash them as soon as they leave the store. Where is the professionalism? That's not how you behave. Like the store is being operated by children
