If I could give a million stars I would. I was dogsitting our 12 year old family basset. He’s a handful. He’s literally the sweetest and chunkiest guy you’ve ever seen. I noticed it had been way too long since he had a spa day. He had so many layers of fur I could have cried and he was just not in the best shape when it came to being clean. Let me tell you how Deborah and Brooke literally transformed my old man back to a pup. They were so lovely to him. And did an absolutely amazing job. Pricing was more than fair and they squeezed me in when no one else could. They were genuine professionals that actually love the animals they take care of. They weren’t judgy and I wouldn’t have been upset if they had been. If you need your dog groomed, just give these girls a try and you won’t ever look elsewhere. They are the absolute best. I’m so excited for my mom to get home and see this pup. Merry Christmas Deborah, Brooke and entire Pampered pooch team. I love yahs !!!!!!!!
Huge shoutout to Delaney at Pampered Pooch Spaw & Boutique! It was our first time taking Zeus to a pet spaw and she went above and beyond to make it a calm experience for our anxious dog, making sure our dog looks fabulous, smells fresh and well taken care of. The care and attention to detail are unmatched. So much better experience than Pet Smart as we liked the add on options available. Zeus loved his time today with Delaney & Pampered Pooch Spaw & Boutique Thank you for the tie and preparing him as Santa’s helper for the holidays!
Deb is amazing! The grooming process is always transparent and caring, and she has the sweetest way of interacting with my dog. I’m picky about my dog’s grooming style, but she always delivers, and it turns out so cute.
Brooke did an amazing job with Maisie’s first groom!!! She was patient and gentle with her even though she is an anxious girl. Her groom turned out great and we love the pink bows!!! Will be back, thanks so much!!
We have been going to Pampered Pooch for about a year in a half and we are always very satisfied with the way our dog is taken care of. Jodie is great with my dog and we always feel comfortable leaving him in her hands, we know he is in good hands and will be well taken care of in her care. Jodie always greets us with a smile and is very friendly. We love the added extra when we pick him up with little bow tie
We are always kept in the loop and feel that our puppy is well looked after. Clean facility and our groomer Brooke is amazing. Our Pooch gets Pampered!!
The Boyz look FABULOUS! Big Thank You to Deborah (& Cory) at the Pampered Pooch Spaw & Boutique. Found them through someone else's post – and here is why I recommended her as well; Short review; Super friendly and very welcoming. The Boys, one easy going the other with anxiety, responded so well to her and her assistant. Grooming results, Excellent – they smell great, super soft, paws are nourished, noses are smooth again and the excessive amount of undercoat is gone! Long review; With some anxiety, I contacted Deborah with questions and concerns. Just guessing, but with her 12 yrs experience in this industry… I’m pretty sure she could tell right away that I was “worried", because her responses we meaningful – she is the owner, who does the work AND makes time to respond with care. Right out of the gate, off to a fantastic start! We were greeted with friendly staff, and Deborah explained in more detail the things we discussed. The floor in the office was a tad “slippery” for my boys, but it is a very, VERY, short distance; approx 3 ft if Im correct. My big guy got “nervous" and her response to it was fantastic!! Before leaving she encouraged me to call and check in, and when I did, picked up right away and provided me with details of how it was going. Excellent report, both of the Boys were enjoying the Hypoallergenic shampoo and undercoat treatment, both were cooperative during the wash and dry, and no “nervous” accidents! She sent me a video of one during the washing stage, and he looked SOOOOO happy - tongue hanging out to the side and eyes sparkling! She explained what is going to happen next and they will keep me posted on pick up time. Fast forward to pick up – my goodness, I was in Awwwe of how young these 10yr olds look! For those looking at details, one was able to stay in position long enough for Deborah to complete a full groom to her expectations, she really does take pride in her work! With my nervous Boy, he could only take in so much. Deborah was able to complete almost all of the details that did for my other one. Honestly folks, I am shocked and amazed that she was even able to complete half of what she did – he is not an easy dog to groom….yet Deborah, and her assistant Cory were able to! I definitely recommend Deborah and her team, and I encourage you to contact her if you have any questions or concerns! Thanks again!!
