Been going here for about 20+ years, had friends work here over the years, the owner is amazing and the people who work here are SO HELPFUL! Everytime I come for an oil change they tell me something new about my truck, top up the washer fluid, check all my lights and make recommendations for free. Best service!
The place used to be good, but recently they had a new person doing the change and stripped the bolt on my oil pan, didn't replace the gasket either. A new thread had to be made.
Pretty terrible experience here. Took my car in for a simple oil change and once I left my oil light came on, then my engine light. Turns out there was a part missing in the area that holds the oil filter but the owner didn’t tell me it was missing because he didn’t want to inconvenience me…? I had to get towed and was without a car for a week, I would say that is pretty inconvenient. When I took my car back, they put the part that was missing back in and then tried to charge me for it. They refused to pay for my tow and admitted negligence. My car might have engine damage from this experience, would not recommend.
Great service in and out no waiting..the team is efficient and fast..full top up washer fluid..lights check..tire pressure check/adjust my trucks out the door...
