I was recommended by a friend to have my bike repaired and they did an amazing job ! Very impressed and huge shout out ! Thank you so much fixed right and not costly ! Wendi Best

They are very good. The estimate matched the quote, the bill came in under the quoted price and they threw in an annoying job for free. You never get people going above and beyond anymore. This place is old-school professionalism.

I took my bike there for an electrical problem they were very friendly and Knowledgable They found the problem and fixed it promptly. These guys do incredible work you can tell they have a great passion for their craft and at a fair price, as much of a head ache my bike was I really appreciate their dedication and effort I have found a great shop and an even better bunch of gentlemen and lady do not hesitate to take your Vehicle here it’s in truly good hands

I was referred to this place by my M1 course instructor and have since been there a few times with my bike. My last trip was a major repair that involved replacing stator, regulator, chain, sprocket breaks and some other installs. I am highly satisfied with their service each time and every time. Denny, Dave and Roberts have gone the extra miles and are great to do business with. Thank you all, my bike runs like new!.

Best mechanic in the world only guy that I would ever let touch my bike he's onest and I am a licensed car mechanic so if I can't do it Dyno tuning the best if you go anywhere else your going to regret it I promise you that

On Thursday, September 6, 2018, Denny sold me the wrong oil filter for my motorcycle. I installed it, ran the engine for 30 seconds and discovered a lake of oil on my driveway. The filter did not seat correctly because it was the wrong one. Three litres of brand new oil all over my driveway. I was not impressed. I telephoned him right away, and was told he would look after me. I went to see him the next day. When I asked him how this could happen. I was told that maybe it was his dyslexia. No apology. Not then, or, when I had called the day before. He told me to grab 3 litres of 20W50 off his shelf. When I informed my bike called for 10W40, he grabbed an empty jug from behind the counter (not real sure it was empty, or what residue was in it) went to the back and returned with what he called "bulk oil" in the same jug. When I asked him about my time, he laughed at me He said, "I will refrain from saying anything, for fear of calling you an idiot." I told him I spent a couple of hours travelling to his shop for a filter twice to get the right one. I also mentioned the huge oil stain in my driveway. He said he was out of pocket now. He told me I don't know how to install an oil filter. He said "If the shoe doesn't fit, don't put it on." I told him that I could not believe he said that to me. I said, "You are calling me an idiot for installing the filter you sold to me?" I told him I did not have a very good feeling about this situation. I told him I didn't think I would ever return to his shop. He said it was too bad I felt that way and the transaction ended. I was furious. He basically called me an idiot for installing a filter he sold to me. I returned to his shop 20 minutes later and left the jug of "bulk oil" on his counter. I was fearful of it's contents. A simple apology would have sufficed. He made a mistake and refused to admit it. Called me an idiot for installing the filter he sold to me? This is not how you treat your customers. Denny has much to learn about customer service. I will share this story with everyone I know, as I wouldn't want anyone to feel the way this guy made me feel.

Not bad but I'm going to give the author an opportunity to correct the quotes, chain of events, add missing details, add missing quotes and retract some lies. I have an employee and two customers that witnessed the events so it's pretty clear on how this really went down. I'll check back later. Hi Everyone, thanks for the business! :)
