I'm a lazees fan but this one is brutal. Service is bad and how they prepare the sauce servings is nothing like the many others I've been too. Barely enough sauce applied to even make a difference in taste. Lazees is great but not this one

Absolutely Delicious! I recently visited Lazzez Shawarmas and was genuinely impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken shawarma wrap was juicy and packed with taste, and the garlic suce added the perfect touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, tasty shawarma!
The food itself lived up to expectation fries were crispy and the wrap was as usual however, this was a really long wait. There was no one in the restaurant aside from one other customer with us. We ordered a Philly chicken wrap with a small fries and she said it would take 15 minutes. We ordered at 9:52 pm and at 10:13 they had just started making the wrap. I don’t understand why it could’ve taken so long which is disappointing to see considering they weren’t busy, I’d hate to see when it is. For the time we wasted and the fact we waited more than 15 mins to start making it I probably wouldn’t want to return.
I paid 12.99 for 2 beef shawarma. Girl gave me like salad shawarma. Very little beef. I am still hungry and my husband as well. Now we r going to Chinese restaurant. Disappointed
Update October 26 2025 This place has gone downhill in a hurry...the last three times I've gone and asked for lentil rice its been crusty and stale. On top of the measured sized portions of chicken and lack of garlic sauce I think I'm officially done with Lazeez and Osmows...Franchising have killed the golden goose and they plain suck now. Having grown up beside the original Lazeez in Mississauga I was spoiled for access to great shawarma! Sadly since moving to Georgetown I have been dismayed by the quality of Osmows and while shawarma alley was a better alternative to osmows it still doesn't hold a candle to Lazeez! The prices are fair, the amount of food you get is Amazing and the people who work there are super friendly, can't tell you how happy I am to finally get great shawarma again ! Thanks Lazeez! Protip* Shawarma on the rocks with lentil rice and add Feta cheese...TRUST ME
