I've tried twice in the last 2 years to contact these guys about different Toro Equipment and they do not answer their website "contact us" forms. I'm going to let Toro know but maybe these guys don't deal with Toro like their website says. The tractor place up in Brisbane answers their emails and contact forms for equipment within the hour I fine so if you are in Georgetown just deal with the place on 124 and Trafalgar for equipment.
Very poor customer services , I bought many bags of polymeric sand and one of then the color didn’t match the other ones , the cashier lady was really nice and she was trying to help but the manager Chris didn’t approved the exchange, he said no sorry the bag is open , there is many places near by that offer the same product I will make sure all of my clients shop elsewhere , horrible customer service over a $35 dollar bag
The loader at the yard Hit my brand new toolbox on my truck with the bucket gave me a thumbs up and left. The Management took photos said they'd call me back with a resolution and then never followed up. Ontop of the unprofessionalism and sloppy handling of heavy equipment the products are generally overpriced and in low stock. I've since learned to appreciate the guys at every other stone yard I frequent because It took these guys damaging my property to realize that they've all been batting .1000 for almost 2 decades and these guys are 1/2.
Bought a certain product, was delivered a different product. I attmepted to return it on a Sunday and found that the accountant had to be present for the refund. Never heard of that. As well, the associates at the counter that day were telling me that both products are the same. No they are not, visually, or in price, or brand. If you don't know the answer, it is better to just tell the customer you are unsure. Nonetheless, went back during the week for the refund of the difference, and the manager starts questioning me as to why I am using that product, and attmepting to make it seem like a got a superior product. i was a bit confused and unsure as to why it mattered what I was using it for, as all I wanted was a refund for the difference. The manager made is seem like I was going to ask him to remove the worng product and replace it with what I bought. Very confusing interaction, manager was rude and seemed angry that I wanted a refund of the difference. Couldn't believe that it took a designated person to do a refund. Who knew? Won't return to that store for any assistance or product. The associates at the counter were pleasant enough, just misleading customers (uninentionally I am betting), but the manager....wow. No good.
Amazing service for my lawnmower repair. Cliff is an expert. Olivia and Raeyn were very polite and helpful in customer service. Highly recommended and honest.
Peel Landscape Depot is amazing. I have been dealing with Renae and Christi who work there, and they are phenomenal. The customer service, knowledge, and product value are impeccable!! Keep up the great work guys!!
Was overly Impressed with there show room ! Lots of ideas! The staff was very knowledgeable , & the sales guy there not only had great ideas but knew more about the landscaping process than most other yards I have personally been to.. Would highly recommend this company to everyone in the G.T.A as there delivery price was more than fair .. I own multiple properties and only use them ! No matter how far peel is who I call.
