I hired Alpine air this year for my A/c and furnace maintenance basis my neighbour’s recommendation when we bought our house. Our furnace was in dangerously bad condition and probably was never maintained. They were quick to highlight the problem and replaced my furnace with no delay considering winters are around the corner. The process was so smooth and efficient. They don’t just do the job but they also educate their customer about was is being done. Very happy with the service. Thankyou so much guys

The service was fast and honest, and I decided to go with a new unit. I’m so happy I did—everything is working perfectly now! Definitely the right local company to call when it’s time for fall furnace maintenance too. Highly recommend!
Furnace gave out on Sunday, called and had them service it on Monday. We were given options to repair or replace and given that the old one was 23yrs old we decided to replace. Renato was back on Wednesday with a new unit his service was more than excellent. He laid down a runner and wore shoe covers not to make any mess. He also cleaned the gas fireplace making it look new and replaced the thermostat. Highly recommended and will definitely ask him back for regular maintenance.
I generally don't write reviews but I really felt like I wanted to this time. Renato and his team at Alpine Air were amazing. We have called him a few times in the past for small issues and he has always been professional and extremely helpful. This time I called him on a cold Saturday because our furnace wasn't working. He came to our house the same day to inspect it and gave me my options, including repair. He explained everything very clearly and didn't push us one way or the other. We decided to replace the furnace. He let us borrow a few space heaters to get us through the weekend and came promptly on Monday morning to replace the furnace. He even checked in with us on the Sunday to see if we were ok and warm enough. When they came to replace the furnace they went above and beyond. They wore booties to protect our floors and laid down runners and sheets. They brought everything up to code and also took the extra care to vent the intake pipe to the outside of the house. They also piped all the water oulet tubing together using a better option that is not only much nicer looking at but will also prevent the clogged tubes we used to have. I highly doubt another company would take as much care and consideration. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALPINE AIR!!!
Renato was professional, informative, and great to deal with. Pricing was better than all the other quotes I got, and he was direct and incredibly honest about what we needed. Would recommend Alpine Air to everyone I know!
The company is top notch. There customer service is one of the best i have dealt with. They are getting a bad rap from where I'm from, because they sell directly to the consumer and heating and air conditioning company's want all the money. But... if the heating and air company's gave it some thought, or have been in business awhile, (as I have been, 29 years), they would realize those type of people that would put the unit in themselves, are not going to use a furnace company, or pay full price. So why not let a company like Alpine step in and make a couple bucks. I have found over the Las 25 plus years is that you want to service the people who want to be serviced, let the ones go that want to do everything themselves, so they can save that dollar twenty seven. Thank you Alpine for THE GREAT PEOPLE YOU HIRED and THE GREAT PRODUCT YOU SELL.... MY NAME IS RON AND I PURCHASED 2 OF THERE UNITS, WHICH I FELT WAS A GREAT PRICE AND A GREAT PRODUCT. NOTE: they answered all my questions thoroughly and with no delay. What more could you ask for.
