I visit this store every weekend. However, I have noticed an inconsistency in service. When I try to purchase a pack of cigarettes, one particular employee with black turban repeatedly refuses, while other staff members provide the same product without any issue. This repeated experience has been disappointing, and I would appreciate clarification to ensure consistent service for all customers.
I visited A&W yesterday, and I have to say, the staff was incredibly welcoming and provided support whenever needed. Despite being busy with orders, they took the time to assist me, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find such energy and enthusiasm from night shift workers in fast food, but this team is doing an outstanding job. This wasn’t my first visit, and every time I’ve been here, I’ve received the same excellent support. Highly recommend this location!
The Night Shift workers were so friendly and amazing! We were struggling on what to order because it was the middle of the night and they were so accommodating and helpful and very friendly 10 out of 10 service for the night shift ladies.
Third time this week I've driven up and stated my order clearly. Third time this week I've been asked if I want to change my order and add more things to it. Third time I've stated my order again only to be challenged again. People have allergies and it's important you don't put things on food that they cannot eat or will make them sick. Third time my order was wrong again. A simple Burger with just ketchup is not a complicated order it is the most basic order you can get, three times in a row on 3 days wrong order each time.
Horrible service in drive thru. They only service one car at a time. So if you order at the speaker, then you go up, Wait for your food at the window and when you leave then they take the next order, so food takes much longer and service does too. 5pm sept 27 2025
If you are veggie masala burger fan, dont go there, went there several times, but they never had in stock, always felt me ashamed asking for a veggie burger
Attempted to order food via drive thru at 10pm on Sept 18 for someone to say the drive thru is closed, go inside to have an employee hold up a sign to my face printed on a piece of paper saying closed. good luck to you owner lol wow
