I highly recommend this superstore! The staff are extremely friendly and always are up to answer a question or two! Self checkout is effective and allows to redeem PC optimum points easily. Selection is impressive and ready to-go food is well priced. Quick tip: find fresh foods (cookies, salads, etc.) with a 30% off sticker to get a better price. Overall, highly recommend!
Rating based on the Grocery Pickup. We pay for a yearly membership and use the pickup service every week. And it seems every week there's an issue. We will repeatedly be charged for items we didn't get, or we will tell Super store how many bins we are bringing and then the grocery clerk will just dump all our groceries in the trunk instead leaving us to clean up a mess. Or you will arrive for your appointment on time and they will make you wait 40+ minutes. Or like today, in the most recent instance all 3 of those things will happen. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is because when you call and tell them the Manager will usually try and make it right. Unfortunately it's still time out of your day that you have to take to correct Super Stores repeated mistake. Will probably not sign up again as they still can't seem to get it right.
Won’t go back here again, item scanned wrong and cashier told me I was wrong about it even though it was on display. Freshco is my go to store in town.
The fruit quality is getting down products in the produce department is sometimes not that fresh the baked chicken which i purchased twice i have to throw it taste so bad and customer service is getting worst day by day I find few helpful staff such as Alice and an Indian cashier at self checkout very kind.before it was good but recently I noticed these changes and short staff always.
Cashiers are good But I’ve found expired items on shelves a few times Bakery department screwed up a order, perhaps lack of language…but they tried to correct it
This store has simply gotten worse over the years. Produce dept is the worse. Veggies and fruit always seem to be on their last leg. The meat dept is lack luster. Always the same cuts on rotation and doesn’t seem fresh. Bakery the same. I would rather travel to Longos near the 401 than purchase another fresh item here at a store that’s local to me. Over it only thing that invites me back is the natural value section. Not a fan of splitting the items up with pharmacy. I’ve stopped shopping whatever is not in that section unfortunately.
Very organized store for a fast paced environment. Our house would give this establishment a 5 if there was not Strawberries from California in the bunker as you walk in the front Enterance........bad form there,but the employees have no control over that.......
