Stopped in today with a detailed list of approximately 8 small arrangements. I bought a couple of ready made arrangements and was told the rest would be ready in one hour. Picked up 2 hours later and 2 items were missing and one was incorrect. Incredibly slow service. This is the only florist open on a Sunday 10 days before Christmas and additional staff is needed.
I ordered a boutonniere-corsage pair here for prom. The staff were very accommodating while helping me customize the set and It also ended up being very reasonably priced. ~$60 after tax
I ordered a flower basket this morning to be delivered to the funeral home same day. This was so last minute so I left a message to see if they could deliver before the 2:00 service time. The absolutely accommodated this request and I am so grateful. Last month I also received 2 birthday bouquets from Fendley, it's been over 2 weeks and they are still alive and beautiful. I will only be ordering from this shop in the future. Georgetown is so lucky to have them. Excellent products and customer service.
I received a beautiful bouquet in April for my birthday and an even more beautiful one for Mother's day. Both bouquets were both the most beautiful bouquets I had ever seen!! They were both in exquisite vases and lasted way beyond my expectations!! I will only order my flowers from this friendly florists and will recommend it to family and friends.
I live in Texas and needed flowers delivered to a line dance instructor at a nearby dance hall. Not only did the owner say it was possible on short (3 hours) notice, but personally delivered the flowers herself. Customer service above and beyond the call of duty!!
Not worth the price. The bouquet I ordered for Mother's day cost $95 after tax and everything and it wasn't very full nor did it have nice flowers. It was a cheap arrangement. This was my first time using Fendley Florists and I will not purchase from here again. Very disappointed when I saw the flowers I ordered.
I ordered flowers online based on the pictures that were presented. Don't make this mistake. I ordered a "deluxe" size and received a much smaller bouquet and it cost me $100.00. Honestly, I could have put 2 metro $20.00 bouquets and it would've been the same size. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
Amazing! I found you guys online to send flowers to my mom for her birthday. I live in England and was sending them her in Brampton Canada. She loves them and said the lady that delivered them was very nice. She showed me when we FaceTimed and they were beautiful and well worth the money.
