Fabulous selection of all types of flooring. They have a designer there who is very helpful and will give you great ideas for your project. I highly recommend it.

Just completed bathroom reno. Sandali and her family provided great customer service! Large selection of products, designs and styles. The product quality was better than expected. After-sales service was quick and friendly when I had a problem. Overall a great experience from start to finish at Floor Diva!
Sat, Sep 26 we went to the store to look for tile for my kitchen backsplash, staff was friendly, the designer they have there helped us to choose the tile, it was quick and easy. After we got the quote we told them that we wanted to go ahead, Sandali took our contact information and said that she would call us during the following week to set up an appointment with the installer, she did not call so I called and left a message for her, one week passed and I called again, Sanadli said she would call me the day after to set up the appointment, she did not call, another week passed and I stopped by to drop off the tile samples we took that Saturday, I talked to Sandali's brother, I told him that nobody had called me in the last weeks and he said that he would talk to Sandali. Well it has passed 3 weeks and they still have not called me. I figure they are not interested in doing my project as it is only $2k or they are too busy, either way they should have informed me and do not leave me in the air. If you are looking for outstanding customer service, this definitely is not the place.
Just renovated my entire home, and used flooring diva again! Trusted products and competitive pricing along with amazing care in customer service makes them my favorite place to shop for all my flooring. I'm big into design and Jessie sure has the inventory to create any unique sapce! Thanks again!
Randall, Jesse, Kevin and his sister (sorry I can’t remember her name) have been very helpful to me and my boyfriend over the last month. We recently moved to G’Town from Barrie and we’re not familiar with anything in town and we’re in full Reno’s on the house we purchased. From our first visit on a Saturday, just to pop in check things out, Randal jumped in to make his fav recommendations. He was extremely helpful and we promised to return. And we did. We’ve purchased all our tile for our main bathroom, en-suite bathroom and kitchen back splash. Everyone is very personable and helpful. This was definitely not the toughest part of our Reno’s. I’d recommend heading there to chat with Kevin’s sister or Randal to my closest friends and family for design ideas. The service is one aspect, but the variety of beautiful tiles was fantastic. This is not your Lowes or Home Depot tiles, the variety they have is fantastic!! Thank you for assisting with the beauty of my new home ❤️
Very very poor service. 3 woman on staff, one 1 other customer in the store. She walked by us 3 times and not so much as a hello or good day. We let and went to the End of the Roll and made a purchase.
