Been more than a few times. Can enter from inside or outside of the mall. Service is a mixed-bag. Some are super friendly/helpful (mostly weekdays) and some seem like they don't want to be there. Chicken is tasty, especially when its fresh/hot, although I wish there was less of the crunchy coating. A 3pc (no fries) is under $12, which is decent. I prefer the boneless chicken in the wraps/sandwiches, but they take a while to prepare (10-15m).
This is the best Church's Chicken location I've come across. The chicken is always fresh and well done and very tasty. Whatever you're doing in this location please don't change it. This is now my preferred fried chicken place in the GTA.
This location drops the chicken fresh, which is great - however the staff seems unable to handle the organization it requires to manage that and the customer flow. While I waited for my order, most customers got their orders and came back to flag something missing or wrong - which should have been a flag for me. Realized when I got to my car that my order was also missing stuff but didnt have additional time to go back and ask.
I stopped here late at night to get a quick bite, and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience! The chicken was juicy and golden; the sides were delicious, and fresh (even late at night!) The service was fast, friendly, and very polite. Whether you're grabbing lunch on the go or craving a late-night snack, this place will not disappoint!
Honest to goodness, these people who work here are some of THEE FRIENDLIEST people ive met! Super accommodating, very quick service, even when I forgot to order misled dips they hooked me up! If I could give 10 stars I'd give 10/10 all across the board
We had a disappointing experience today. My wife placed the order and came back to the car, saying it would take 10–15 minutes. After some time, I went in to pick it up, but the girl at the counter said it wasn’t ready even though it had already been 20 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes, and she gave me the bag without the drinks. When I asked, she said there were no drinks then realized I wasn’t an Uber driver. Our order had actually been ready for over 10 minutes, but she never asked for a name and didn’t even apologize. Staff shouldn’t assume based on their own judgement they should ask to confirm.
Great food and service the worker Ali. I wasn’t feeling very hungry until he pulled out that student special and I knew I had to get it. It was so delicious… Cheers!
