I called them and received a quick reply and service call on a cold day. Katie was awesome and figured out the issue very quickly. We were back up and running in no time. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
Kyle and his team are the best in the business! Our furnace died on the Friday and after a quick call to Kyle he had me setup for the next day (a weekend no less) and the team that came out was unbelievably efficient and helpful. Done in just a couple of hours and the price was thousands less than other quotes we received for a comparable unit. Terrific customer service highly recommend!

The first project I called Kyle about was a few months ago. I left a voicemail and email and recieved no response. Waited a few days and called again. No response. Then just this past week my husband called them about a different project. Thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt, after all, they have been given 5 stars by many. But you guessed it!..we got no response. If this is your customer service, I'd hate to see the quality of your work.
New born baby goes home. AC dies the next day in 30 degree heat! Not a good start! I called Kyle and he had Katie out to me in less than an hour and the AC was back working in less than 30 mins, thanks Katie! Superb service and got me out of a real bind! Will be calling on Kyle again, hopefully not in such dire need next time :)
Called Kyle Spurr HVAC re my air conditioning not cooling my house. Kyle arrived in minutes and diagnosed the problem. Sent one of his employees over to top up the coolant and it’s working great.
